Why is this called Queenstown?
The inspiration for this one comes from the Sparkling wine. The bubbles are from Tasmania and Tasmania reminds me of Queenstown – a place very dear to my heart after spending near on 15 years of my life in this spectacular lakeside town. I arrived there with a backpack and a pair of skis after waving goodbye to my family for what I thought would be a quick 3 month ski trip. Needless to say, I feel in love with the town, the country, the scenery and the NZ people.
